Seminar: People and Personalities
ZOOM Join from anywhere in the worldDelivered in partnership with AMaGA, this workshop is designed to provide practical guidance about fostering and maximising historical societies biggest asset - their volunteers. Our main speaker, Paul Fearon, will provide a ‘primer’ on principles and techniques in leading and retaining effective teams of volunteers. Throughout the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share their experiences, and learn from one another. By the end of the workshop, participants will have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively manage volunteers and the different personalities within their historical society.
