Geologists, biologists and historians researched the story of the Prom. Conservationists defended the ethos of national parks. Their work is incorporated in this history.
The Prom has been a significant part of the lives of many people: ranges, naturalists, geologists, historians, volunteers, campers, students, photographers, and tourists. Our hope is that this latest version of its history will bring happy memories to past visitors and encourage new visitors to respect the values of the Park and enjoy all that Prom has to offer.
