Life of Brian: Brian Vallance’s Time in Pentridge Prison published by Pentridge Voices

(1 customer review)

Brian Vallance was not even 17 years old when he was arrested for the first time in 1983. He spent 16 years in different Victorian prisons.

Brian shares his stories and memories of his time in Pentridge Prison. His recollections are a mix of blunt and shocking stories of drugs, stabbings, and escapes, but also funny and human ones, like the one of his unsung hero, Mr. Glassy.

Published by Pentridge Voices, an independent enterprise focused on preserving individual stories which encompass the cultural, social and political aspects of the time.

Book Reviews 1 review for Life of Brian: Brian Vallance’s Time in Pentridge Prison published by Pentridge Voices

  1. Brian Young

A true survival story that truely captures the times he spent inside Pentridge Prison.
Like some pages torn from part of his mental diary that describes some good and some very bad times. One can only imagine the going on’s that are on all those other pages.
A great book that pulls no punches.
