Clarence Michael James Dennis was one of the most prolific verse contributors to literary journals and newspapers in Australian literary history. He was popularly known as the ‘Laureate of the Larrikin’, and the author of ‘The Sentimental Bloke’ and ‘Ginger Mick’. This booklet, issued to coincide with the centenary of Dennis’s birth, is a checklist of verse and prose to selected journals, newspapers and literary magazines, excluding particularly his almost daily contributions to the Melbourne ‘Herald’ (1922 – 1938).
