Buxton – a small town in Victoria Australia, sits 100 kilometers north-east of Melbourne in the Murrindindi Shire. Buxton is flanked by the Cathedral Range to the east and the Black Range to the west. With a rich history of agriculture and timber, Buxton has grown from a population of 100 in 1882 to 591 (2021 census) resulting in its development as a desirable place for visitors and permanent residents. it has retained a unique ability to bridge traditional and modern ways of living whilst still retaining its identity and lifestyle qualities.
