The Paul Mullaly Lecture in Law and History is a Distinguished Biennial Lecture of the RHSV supported by the Mullaly family. It was created to honour the work of the late Hon. Paul Mullaly QC who published on the early law of Port Phillip and was a great supporter and volunteer of the RHSV. His transcriptions and intense annotations of the case books of Judge Walpole Willis for the early 1840s are on our website here.
