We are thrilled to announce that the RHSV welcomes a new Marketing Officer, Sean Reynolds, this week. Sean says, “I’ve had over two decades leading marketing and content production for global companies, such as Electronic Arts and Warner Bros. I’ve spearheaded strategic campaigns across digital platforms, TV and emerging social media channels. When I’m not finding the core story to connect the audience with brands, you’ll find me geeking out over history with my “Melbourne Ghost Signs” project, combining storytelling with today’s digital media platforms.”
As a passion project Melbourne Ghost Signs has been a runaway success. Sean founded the Instagram Account ‘Melbourne Ghost Signs’ during COVID with a mission to document Victoria’s historical significance through old ads and signage. The site now has over 26k followers and has been the catalyst for collaborations with heritage organisations and the media including Heritage Victoria and The National Trust. Sean has been interviewed by media from around the world including, locally, ABC Radio and Channel 7 TV series, Postcards. There is also a whisper of a book in the pipeline so keep your ears open for more Ghost Signs news.
Sean is originally from Illinois, and, through working on shows like Ellen and TMZ garnered the following awards and award nominations: Emmy Nominee, Promax Award Winner, Telly Award Winner and Addy Award Winner.
